Objectives and Activities
This laboratory as the name suggests offers research facilities in areas of online business, marketing, management and governance. From marketing research, IT enabled marketing, supply chain management (SCM), logistics to business process integration and customer relationship management (CRM); all activities are covered under research in this laboratory. Other areas of research that are conducted by this laboratory are: enterprise resource planning (ERP), human resource management (HRM) and e-Governance.
This laboratory is used for MBA 1st semester classes and MBA research work.
Infrastructure
This laboratory is equipped with personal computers, scanner, and printer. Software used includes Oracle, Window CD kit, Adobe Dreamviewer, and CorelDraw graphics Suit.
E-business laboratory is located in room A-203.
