General Instructions for the Candidates

Guidelines for the Eligible Candidates:

As per the advertisement, presentation-cum-interview for the shortlisted candidates is scheduled for 16 - 17 May 2025 (Fri and Sat). Moreover, you are required to come on 16^th May 2025 for the interview as most probably the interview will be finished on 16^th May 2025 itself. Given this, you are requested to report at 9 AM on 16^th May 2025 in the B-block of the Academic Building for document verification and interview. The following documents are required at the time of the interview:

1. Duly filled and Self-attested print copy of the application form (paste your recent colored photograph on the application form)
2. Application Fee receipt
3. Academic Credentials (10th, 12th, UG, PG, Other certificates) [Originals + 1 photocopy of each]
4. Category certificate issued after 1^st April 2025 (if any) [Original + 1 photocopy]
5. Score card (GATE/NET/CAT/GRE/ICAR, etc.) [Original + 1 photocopy]
6. Experience certificates [Originals + 1 photocopy of each]
7. NOC if applicable [Original + 1 photocopy] (The issue date of the NOC must be after the PhD admission July-2025 advertisement’s date)
8. Valid ID proof [Original + 1 photocopy]
9. 2 colored recent photographs
10. Latest CV (3 copies)
11. Soft and Hard copy of PPT (3 copies) [Maximum 5 to 6 slides] - The PPT should contain the following slides:

         Slide 1:  About you and your academic credentials 

         Slides 2 - 4: Research plan

         Slides 5 - 6: Publications/ Research Achievements, etc.

NOTE - Originals as well as a photocopy of each of the above-mentioned documents are required at the time of the interview.

Instruction for the Not-shortlisted candidates

Not-shortlisted candidates may submit their grievances, if any, with a copy of supporting documents and full justification up to 6^th May 2025 (Tuesday) by 5:00 PM through email to This email address is being protected from spambots. The subject of the email must be Grievance_Application Number_Department Name (EEE/CS&IT/ES/MG)_Candidate Name.
