Objectives and activities
The research areas of this laboratory include: i) Analogue VLSI (very large scale integration); ii) Analogue signal processing; iii) Non-linear and statistical signal processing; iv) Bifurcation theory; v) Nano-science and nano-biotechnology; vi) Control system engineering; vii) Bio-medical engineering; viii) Quantum physics, optical physics, and photonics; ix) Condensed matter physics and material science; x) Chaos; xi) Renewable energy; xii) Bifurcation theory; xiii) Astrophysics and plasma physics; and xiv) Biophysics.
All these activities are 1st semester IPG students.
Infrastructure
This laboratory is equipped with instruments like spectrometer, digital Michelson interferometer, fibre optics trainer kit and so on. Laboratory is endowed with equipments to conduct experiments on Newton’s ring, Hall Effect, photo effect, Ohm’s law, and Frank Hertz experiments.
