Overview
IIITM, a premiere institute and an Institute of National Importance under the
Ministry of Human Resource Development (MHRD), Govt. of India, hosts two
days HR summit every year and to maintain the tradition it hosted its GTH
HR summit in November 2017. Several Human Resource professionals from
different parts of India and from different fields have participated. The HR
summit witnessed presentations and deliberations by eminent CEOs, Senior
HR professionals, Researchers and Academicians.

Evolving Techno-Managerial Leaders toward
new India
Techno-Management is the integration of planning, design, operation and
control of technological products, processes and services. A better definition
would be the management use of technology for human advantage. The
evolving trend of design thinking in the technological world can also affect the
managerial aspect and bring out something innovative in the governance of
the country. Techno-managerial Leaders could blur the lines between public
and private sectors and bring about development techniques that are right
now far out of everyone's reach. With every increasing strength of information
technology and artificial intelligence, new India could blossom into some of
the greatest innovative ideas for social and communal benefit.
