GENERAL INSTRUCTIONS AND DETAILS FOR STUDENTS
Dear Graduating Students,
The Convocation 2024 of the institute is scheduled to take place on 10th July 2024 in an in-person format for all pass-out students of 2024, bringing forth joy and celebration. We are pleased to announce that Shri Anand Deshpande, the esteemed Founder, Chairman, and Managing Director of Persistent Systems, will grace the event as the Chief Guest.

IMPORTANT NOTES:

(i) |
It is compulsory to attend the rehearsal for attending the Convocation programme (in case a student fails to attend the convocation rehearsal on the schedule date and time, he/she shall not be allowed to attend the final convocation programme). |

(ii) |
The programme for Rehearsal/Convocation will remain unchanged. |
|
|
(iii) |
Briefcases/Bags/Edibles and any objectionable materials will not be allowed in the Convocation venue. |
|
|
(iv) |
The list of students eligible to receive degrees at this Convocation can be accessed on the website www.iiitm.ac.in/convocation2024 or will be communicated via email. Only one food coupon for the degree recipient will be provided by the convocation committee. Food Coupons for the other family members may be provided at the registration desk. |

The Degree Certificate will be given only to the students who have cleared all dues and attend the rehearsal on the 9th of July 2024. |

DRESS CODE FOR DEGREE RECIPIENTS FOR CONVOCATION-2024
Convocation-2024 of the Institute is scheduled to be held on 10th July 2024, 2:30 PM. The dress code for the Convocation ceremony is as follows:
Degree Recipients (Male)
Attire Type: Kurta (Cream Colour), Pyjama (White)
Kurta Style: Knee-length, Full-sleeved, Nehru Style
Degree Recipients (Female)
Attire Type: Cream Colour Kurta, Churidar/Leggings (White)
Kurta Style: Knee-length, Full/3-quarter sleeved, preferably Nehru Style
OR
Saree -Golden bordered Cream Colour
(b) Footwear
Formal shoes or sandals are preferred. Casual footwear of any kind is strongly discouraged.
Important Points:
- Please complete your registration by 25th June 2024, 5 PM.
- Degree recipients are required to make their own arrangements for the
Convocation dresses as specified above. - Degree recipients failing to adhere to the dress code specified here will not be permitted entry into the Convocation Hall.
- As part of the Convocation-2024, the Institute will provide Degree recipients with Uttari (stole) upon their arrival, included in the registration fees.
- Rehearsal is compulsory for the degree recipients on 9th July 2024 at 3:30 PM.
CONVOCATION COMMITTEE-2024
Accepted papers will be submitted for inclusion into IEEE Xplore subject to meeting IEEE Xplore’s scope and quality requirements.
This event aims to foster the exchange of ideas and the sharing of recent research breakthroughs across a multitude of domains, including healthcare, agriculture, intelligent transportation, VLSI, and renewable electronics, along with their real-world applications. Under the theme “Enabling the Change! Social Innovation for Sustainable Societies,” this flagship conference is poised to deliver a comprehensive exploration of technology and management, emphasizing interdisciplinarity and quality. The conference’s scope is intentionally broad, encompassing five different Tracks.

22 जनवरी 2024 को, श्रीराम प्राणप्रतिष्ठा के शुभ दिन पर, अटल बिहारी वाजपेयी IIITM, ग्वालियर के छात्रों ने 11,000 दीयों को रोशन करके अयोध्या राम मंदिर की भव्य आकृति बनाई। जीवंत प्रदर्शन और जीवंत संगीत ने छात्रों को मंत्रमुग्ध कर दिया, जिससे संस्थान की सहयोग की भावना मजबूत हुई। इस कार्यक्रम ने समग्र विकास और सांस्कृतिक जीवंतता के प्रति संस्थान की प्रतिबद्धता को प्रदर्शित किया।
