ABV-IIITM Gwalior invites applications from eligible candidates for spot admission to the full-time Doctor of Philosophy (PhD) program in the Engineering departments (CS, IT, and EE) under the Visvesvaraya PhD Scheme for Electronics & IT.

Interested candidates may apply by completing the application form and reporting on the scheduled date (30/08/2025) with the filled form and two recent passport-size photographs. Additionally, they must bring two sets of self-attested copies of the following documents.

• Degree certificates / Provisionals / Course completion certificates / Grade Cards / Marksheets of all the degrees obtained from X class onwards.
• In the case of SC/ST/OBC-NCL/EWS candidates, a Community Certificate issued by the Competent Authority in the prescribed GoI format.
• Authorised Doctor’s Certificate with disability descriptions in the case of Persons with Disabilities (PwD) candidates.
• Copy of GATE/NET score.

Note:

1. The originals of all the above certificates should be produced during physical verification.
2. Candidates must carefully read all eligibility criteria and related details. Only those who meet all the specified requirements will be permitted to participate in the admission process.
