Activity of ABV-IIITM extends beyond academics and research activity. Training programs organized by us and conducted by leading academicians, faculty members, and industry leaders are targeted at grooming professionals, managers, and technologists. These training programs are mostly in areas of human resource management, information technology, marketing, and organizational behaviour.   

Training for Professionals

This is a new concept pioneered by this institute in collaboration with Department of Information Technology, Government of India. This 12-week training program is aimed at bridging the gap between theoretical knowledge and practical demands of IT and ITES (information technology enabled services) as faced by new job entrants and managers.

Management Development Programs

ABV-IIITM lays special emphasis on these human resource development programs as evident from its dedicated MDP Centre. This is a complete unit with seminar halls fully equipped with latest audio-visual presentation facilities, air-conditioned guest rooms complete with modern-day amenities, and a dining hall serving wholesome food. Members from government departments, corporates, and educational institutes participate in these programs with immense enthusiasm. These programs are held on assorted areas such as: IT-enabled marketing; ERP implementation; relevance of CRM; Stress management; Advanced networks; Project management, and so on.
